That's right, who made sourdough starter? Patrick did. It doubled in size in less than two days, then I stirred it and it returned to its original size. Bread try #3 is tomorrow.

My second attempt at bread making was considerably less successful than my first. Like, something out of I Love Lucy kind of unsuccessful.
